Career Quest & Career Services

Preparing students for life after high school through individualized career coaching, employability skill development, and post-graduation planning.

Who This Initiative Is For

  • Career Quest & Career Services support schools by embedding dedicated career coaches and workforce coordinators directly into school communities. LEAD partners with districts to provide one-on-one student coaching, employability skills training, resume and interview preparation, and structured post-graduation planning aligned to district goals.

This model helps schools expand capacity, improve student outcomes, and ensure every student leaves high school with a clear, actionable next step.

  • Career Quest & Career Services provide funders with a scalable, high-impact solution to improve post-graduation outcomes for students. Through individualized coaching and sustained school partnerships, LEAD supports students in developing career readiness skills, defining postsecondary plans, and successfully transitioning into education, training, or employment.

Investment in Career Quest directly supports measurable outcomes, workforce readiness, and long-term economic mobility for students across the region.
