Who This Initiative Is For

  • LEAD Training partners with high schools to deliver career exploration, employability skill development, and individualized student support that connects education to real-world opportunities. Through embedded programming and strong employer partnerships, LEAD expands career readiness without adding burden to school staff.

  • The High School Workforce Initiative connects employers with local students through authentic, hands-on experiences that build future talent pipelines. LEAD serves as the bridge between schools and industry, making it easy for employers to engage through tours, job shadowing, projects, internships, and pre-apprenticeships.

  • The High School Workforce Initiative is LEAD Training’s flagship workforce development program, designed to address gaps in life-career readiness while strengthening regional talent pipelines. Through scalable partnerships with schools and employers, LEAD delivers measurable improvements in student outcomes and post-graduation success.

    • Served 2,500+ students in the 2024–25 school year
